Next Mindset is born from this need.
What is Next Mindset
NEXT MINDSET is a platform for dialogue and co-creation emerging within OpenLogos.
It is a space where diverse people — scientists, innovators, philosophers, sociologists, artists, technologists, critical thinkers — meet to imagine and shape new futures together.
It is not an “Agile project”.
It is not a corporate format.
It is a cultural act.
A living laboratory of transformative conversations that crystallise into communities, practices, and ways of seeing.
Why it exists
Because we cannot face a new world with the mental models of the old one.
Because we need ideas that refuse quick, pre-packaged answers.
Because we need conversations that do not sugar-coat reality, but illuminate it.
What we do
I invite people who are genuinely rethinking:
- work and its dignity
- organisations as living systems
- the relationship between humans and technology
- the future we are building — or merely enduring
With them, I explore what rarely fits into conference panels:
- doubts
- cracks in the system
- real possibilities
- trajectories we ignore
- questions that make our certainties tremble
Each episode is an act of inquiry.
We are not hunting for “solutions”, but for new ways of seeing.
Why now
Because the signals are unmistakable:
AI, climate crisis, polarisation, precarious work, organisations in transition, economic models under strain.
We do not need alarmism.
We need lucidity.
And we need to circulate voices that think, rather than voices that merely repeat formulas.
